Character Creation. The character creation is exactly the same as in the books unless stated by the group ST, which has been approved by the Head ST so that game balance is not effected.

Vampyles. Vamplye's are the creation of either mortal mother (which is the most likely) and vampiric father or vice versa ...or a pregant woman who is embraced or at the point of conception either way it happens there is a a 22% chance that the Vamplye is created the rest of the chances is that the baby dies.

Attributes
This can be done in two ways either by takeing the 6/4/3 and distributing the dots or adding them together and getting a total of 13 dots to spread out amongst the attributes.
 
Abilities
This is the sames as Attributes as in it can be done in two ways either by takeing the 11/7/4  and distributing the dots or again adding them together and getting a total of 22 dots to spread out among the abilities.
 
Adavantages
All Vampyles use the Path of Humanity unless agreed with the Head ST. Vampyles have 5 dots in Backgrounds and 2 dots in Disciplines. The only disciplines that a Vamplyes can ever learn are Auspex, Celerity, Fortitude, Potence. and can only learn the to a maximum level of 4. Vamplyes start creation with one discipline.
 
Virtues. Vamplyes start with one dot in each virtue and then have another 7 dots to spread out in the three virtues.

All Vampyles have 21 Freebies
 
Other rules.
Potent Blood. A vampyles blood is incredibly potent to vampire so when a vampire drinks from a vampyle it regains two bps instead of one.
 
Blood Points. A vampyle has a maximum of 10 blood points (bps) and can only spend one per turn. Vamplyes can regain blood points in two different ways. Way 1, The Vampyle can regain 1 bp per night of rest. Way 2, The Vampyle can feed like a vampire but after regaining 4 bps the Vampyle must make a self control test or enter a feeding frenzy.  
 
Blood Bond. Vampyle's can not create a blood bond but can be blood bond easier than a vampire, it only takes two drink for a vamplye to be blood bound to a vampire.
 
Silver. Vamplyes can heal silver damage for one health level for 1 bp, but take the extra health level of damage the same as mortals.
 
Sunlight &Immortality. Vampyles are not effected by sunlight so they can walk about in daylight and not be harmed. While not immortal vampyles have a prolonged life span, their aging is at half the rate of a noral human and so there fore they can live upto one hundred and twenty years with out fatigue.
 
Can's & Can'ts. Vampyles can be Kinfolk, Kinain, and can be embraced.
                            Vampyles can not be Mages or become Kuei-jin.
 
Vampyles. Can learn Thaumurgy but can not learn other Discipline's only the ones stated above.
 

Any characters that have not been approved by the Head ST, or Group ST will be barred from the games.
